At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and comfortably. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your frames in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
